We will probably be switching our focus to 25 man's exclusively and moving to a "Guild Pug" style 10 man weekly raids very soon. Details will be announced once it's official.

Normalize Your Ventrilo

Basically this is to make everyones volume the same. Quiet people will sound louder and loud people will sound quieter.

First go to setup and make sure directsound is enabled then click the SFX button and add a "compressor."

Gain=5-15 <- this is the volume
Attack=0.01
Release=500
Threshold=-30
Ratio=100
Pre Delay=4.0

Also remove all volume changing effects you have on any single person.
