ES is currently recruiting ALL CLASSES.

NOTE: Please be aware that we have suspended ALL 25 man end game raids until the pending xpack release.

ALL current guild members and applicants need to be aware that ALL spots are currently open for competition. There will be no resrve spots for the xpack release. We have opened up recruitment for all classes and specs. I will be posting soon an overview of what will be expected once we start hitting level 80, and how the guild roster will be comprised.

Guild Officer positions are open as well. As you know, most of our Officers have either moved on or were removed from their positions. Seig and Hugoz are still in place and my intention is to keep them in place. We are currently looking at a Class Officer structure that will help us get back to micro-managing things rather than having to take a roll in every aspect of the raid.

More information will be posted on the forums regarding possible Class Officer promotions and responsibilities.


In the meantime...start preparing yourselves for the xpack release. We need to be strong out of the gate. Get levelled up as fast as you can and work on gearing and gemming your gear properly. If you're not sure how to do this or what direction you should take, please PM me or get with other members of your class or those who have good knowledge of your class. There are also plenty of links available on the Internet to help you with your gear, spec, gem and enchanting questions.

Don't find yourself falling behind. I'm not going to have any sympathy for you if you do. Tenure, loyalty, and skill will play a small factor in raid spots; however, even the longest serving members and the most skilled members of the guild need to be aware that you do NOT get a free ride into a raid.

The playing field is level. All spots are open. Be good and learn how to work with each other, not against each other.

Basically this is to make everyones volume the same. Quiet people will sound louder and loud people will sound quieter.

First go to setup and make sure directsound is enabled then click the SFX button and add a "compressor."


Gain=5-15 <- this is the volume
Attack=0.01
Release=500
Threshold=-30
Ratio=100
Pre Delay=4.0

Also remove all volume changing effects you have on any single person.
