Eternal Sacrifice Disbanding
At some point during this week, Eternal Sacrifice will officially end its 4 year run on Bloodscalp and be disbanded. For anyone interested in joining the guild or for those of you who still have an application pending, please contact one of the following for information about joining Hardmode: Ebaby, Wtfadin, Hippolyta, or Stompd.
For those of you who may not have been on in the last few days, please note that we did not implode like most successful guilds eventually do. We have worked out a merger with Echoes of War and have reformed under the name Hardmode. The people are not gone, we have simply shut the doors on ES and moved on to [hopefully] greener pastures. ES had a solid run over the 4 years of its existence, and I personally appreciate everyone's help along the way. A handful of people are still around from Classic or BC content and have seen us through good times and hard times. It hasn't been easy, and it hasn't always been fun, but it has definitely been worth the effort. ES will end its run at the top of the Alliance rankings as the #1 alliance guild on our server (give props to our friends at Timeless Endeavor on the Horde side for taking #1 overall - we almost had you), something not many people though we could ever do.
For those of you who like using our Forums, as I promised a long time ago, the ES Forums will remain active for a while. And although I've promised to get them moved back off of Valk's server, I have not had the time to dedicate to finishing the move. But I will get them moved over or at least restarted in some form or another soon. I hope everyone will stay in touch at least for the short term, and wish everyone good luck from this point forward.
I had every intention of listing names on this page to thank specific people for the work they've put in over the years, but when I started compiling the list, it was simply too long to post. I will trust that I've been honest enough with all of you for you to know who you are and how much I enjoyed working with you. It was a fun ride, but as they say, all good things must come to an end.
